Job Description:

Lead and support the Project Management workstream on Workday implementation projects
This individual will focus on cloud-based data-reporting operations that enhance essential corporate functions such as finance, analytics, planning, and HR
In this role, you will assist HR and Technology leaders in defining and executing strategies while providing the adaptability needed in a fast-changing world
Create workplans for complex global engagements, managing risk, budget, and resources
Resolve day-to-day Workday Project Management issues
Update Workday configurations based on requirement changes
Support regular and special Project Management processes within Workday
Architect Workday HCM solutions, considering cross-functional impacts
Advise clients on best practices and industry standards

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of Workday Implementation experience
Strong client and stakeholder management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Understanding of industry standards and best practices
Expert knowledge of HR functions and processes
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
